It is hereby determined upon <br /> the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that <br /> the speed permitted by state law outside of business and <br /> residential districts as applicable upon the following <br /> streets is greater than is reasonable or safe under the <br /> conditions found to exist upon such streets, and it is <br /> hereby declared that the prima facie speed limit shall be as <br /> herein set forth on those streets or parts of streets herein <br /> designated when signs are erected giving notice thereof: <br /> <br /> Name of Street or Declared Prima <br /> Portion Affected Facie Speed Limit <br /> <br /> "(1) Edgewood Road, between Alameda de <br /> las Pulgas and E1 Camino Real ................ 25 mph <br /> <br /> "(2) Frontage Road, on the south side <br /> of Bayshore Freeway, between Marsh <br /> Road and that certain alley situate <br /> 200 feet west of 2nd Avenue .................. 35 mph <br /> <br /> "(3) Harbor Boulevard, between East <br /> Bayshore Road and Hinman Road ................ 40 mph <br /> <br /> "(4) Hudson Street, between Woodside <br /> Road and Whipple Avenue ...................... 25 mph <br /> <br /> "(5) Industrial Way, between the northerly <br /> limits of the city and Whipple Avenue ........ 35 mph <br /> <br /> "(6) Marine World Parkway, between the <br /> westerly limits of the city and <br /> Bridge Parkway ............................... 35 mph <br /> <br /> "(7) Veterans Boulevard, between Whipple <br /> Avenue and Chestnut Street ................... 35 mph <br /> <br /> "(8) Fernside Street, between Harcross Road <br /> and McGarvey Avenue .......................... 25 mph" <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
