ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT IN A PORTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING SAID DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1995-1; DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; ESTABLISHING WHAT UTILITY FACILITIES WILL BE MAINTAINED ABOVE GROUND; AND ESTABLISHING THE TIME BY WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED
