~ R I G I N A L - 5/6/96 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2106 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 27.101.A.3.c. AND <br /> 27.101.A.3.d. TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> RELATING TO CERTAIN FEES AND CHARGES IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH THE OF USE OF SANITARY SEWERAGE <br /> FACILITIES <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 27.101 .A.3.c. is hereby added to the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "c. The foregoing fee shall not be applicable to connections <br /> made to the Sewerage Facilities for the purpose of drawing down <br /> the ground water table to excavate for the foundation of a structure <br /> or for removal of contaminated soils for a period not to exceed <br /> thirty (30) days." <br /> <br /> Section 2. Section 27.101.A.3.d. is hereby added to the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "d. The foregoing fee shall not be applicable to connections <br /> made to the Sewerage Facilities for the purpose of ground water <br /> cleanup. The fee for a permit to connect to the Sewerage Facilities <br /> for the purpose of ground water cleanup shall be one-fourth of the <br /> Facilities Fee calculated under the formula set forth in Section <br /> 27.101.B.2.(c)." <br /> <br /> Section 3.
