Browning-Ferris Industries of California, Inc., amending the Recycling Franchise <br />Agreement with respect to definitional provisions and the scope of services, a <br />copy of which Second Amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Second Amendment <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
