Improvement District No. 1-64, is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf <br />of the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Except as otherwise provided in the Third Amendment to <br />Development Agreement, the Development Agreement, as amended by the First <br />Amendment to Development Agreement, and the Second Amendment to <br />Development Agreement, shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
