ORDINANCE NO. 2136 URGENCY INTERIM ORDINANCE PROHIBITING DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE "TP" (TIDAL PLAIN) ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTIES LOCATED BETWEEN THE LIDO NEIGHBORHOOD SPECIFIC PLAN AREA AND BAY SLOUGH AND PROPERTIES WITHIN "AREA H" IN THE REDWOOD SHORES AREA OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY The Council of Redwood City does ordain as follows: Section 1. within the CG Zoning District classification area of the <br /> Specific Plan is necessary. <br /> <br /> Q. For the foregoing reasons, with respect to the area <br /> encompassed within the aforesaid CG Zoning District <br /> classification, there is a current and immediate threat to the <br /> public health, safety and welfare, and the approval of <br /> additional subdivisions, use permits, variances, building <br /> permits or any other applicable entitlement for use which is <br /> required in order to comply with the Zon. Ord. would result in <br /> that threat to public health, safety or welfare. <br /> <br />Section 2. A moratorium is hereby established upon the development of <br />property located within the CG (General Commercial) Zoning District portion of <br />the property included in the Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan and shown on <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. From <br />and after the date of adoption of this Ordinance and until the moratorium hereby <br />established shall expire, or be rescinded, no additional subdivisions, use permits, <br />variances, building permits or any other applicable entitlement for use for the <br />Development or otherwise for use of the aforesaid properb/shall be approved or <br />issued by or on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
