B. In the event the actual cost to the City for installation of the <br /> metered services exceeds the charges set forth in subdivision A of this <br /> Section, the actual cost shall be charged to the applicant for such service. <br /> <br /> C. The charge for a manifold meter installation shall be the sum of <br /> the applicable individual charges for each such installation." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Article V is hereby added to Chapter 38 of the Code of the <br /> City of Redwood City, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> ARTICLE V, REFUNDS <br /> <br /> "Section 38.25. Refunds. VVhenever the amount of any fee, <br /> service charge, interest or penalty has been overpaid or paid more than <br /> once or has been erroneously collected or received by the City under this <br /> Chapter, said amount so collected or received may be refunded; provided, <br /> that a written claim therefor is filed with the Director of Finance within <br /> three (3) years from the date of such payment. The claim shall be made <br /> on forms furnished and approved by the Director of Finance. <br /> <br /> No refund shall be paid under the provisions of this Section unless <br /> the claimant establishes his or her right thereto supported by written <br /> records or other documents proving entitlement thereto." <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
