ORDINANCE NO. 2148 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.44, 20.45 AND 20.45.1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO REVISE THE PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON A PORTION OF FERNSIDE STREET AND TO REFLECT THE STREET NAME CHANGE TO MARINE PARKWAY, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 20.44 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 20.44.
