the City of Redwood City, previously reviewed by this Council and on file with the <br />City Clerk, are hereby incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The findings, facts in support of findings and statement of <br />overriding consideration regarding the Environmental Impact Report for the <br />Pacific Shores Center Limited Partnership (Resolution No. 12719), are hereby <br />adopted and incorporated herein by reference and that no basis exists for <br />reconsideration of such findings. <br /> <br /> Section 5. The Development Agreement entitled "Development <br />Agreement by and Between the City of Redwood City, a Municipal Corporation of <br />the State of California, and Pacific Shores Center Limited Partnership, a <br />Delaware Limited Partnership," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk and incorporated herein by reference as though set forth in full, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreement <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Section 6. The City Attorney is authorized and directed to prepare an <br /> execution copy of the Development Agreement and to make any necessary <br /> technical corrections or additions to the Development Agreement prior to its <br /> execution, including, without limiting the foregoing, the insertion of relevant <br /> dates, the insertion of resolution and ordinance numbers, the insertion of <br /> document identification numbers, and correction of typographical errors. <br /> <br /> Section 7.
