Reciprocal Vehicular Parking Rights and Ingress and Egress Rights between the City of Redwood City and the Belmont - Redwood Shores Elementary School District"; and "License Agreement," copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved and the City Manager, and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, the agreements (in form approved by the City Attorney) for an on behalf of the City of Redwood City. Section 4. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby directed and authorized to execute and attest, respectively, any and all documents which are deemed necessary to effectuate the transfer of title of the Property to the District (in form acceptable to the City Attorney) pursuant to and in furtherance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Section $. The Mayor of the City of Redwood City is hereby directed and authorized to execute the grant deed transferring fee title of the Property to the District. Section 6. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to transmit the "Offer to Purchase" agreement to the District and execute escrow instructions and other escrow documents which are deemed necessary to effectuate the transfer of the Property to District.
