ORDINANCE NO. 2155 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.95.1, 20.95.2, 20.96.3, 20.96.5, 20.96.7, 20.96.12, 20.96.15, 20.96.18, 20.96.19, 20.127, 20.131, 20.132.3, 20.132.4, 20.132.6, 20.132.10, 20.132.12, 20.132.13, 20.132.14, 20.132.19, 20.132.19.5, 20.132.21, and 20.190; ADDING SECTIONS 20.96.18.2, 21.132.6, AND 29.132.9; AND DELETING 20.96.1, 20.132.5.1, 20.132.9, 20.132.11, AND 20.132.18 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO MAXIMUM PARKING PERIODS AND METER RATES ON VARIOUS PUBLIC STREETS AND PENALTIES AND BAIL SCHEDULES PERTAINING THERETO The Council of Redwood City does ordain as follows: .Section 1. B. Westerly side, from a point one hundred ninety-seven (197') feet <br /> south of Broadway to a point two hundred nineteen (219) feet south <br /> of Broadway-Schedule C." <br /> <br /> Section 28. Section 20.190 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 20.190. PAYMENT OF FINE TO AVOID PROSECUTION: <br /> <br /> Any operator or owner of a vehicle to whom a citation has been issued in <br />accordance with the preceding section may, within fifteen (15) days of the time of <br />the issuance of such citation, pay to the appropriate court, as a penalty for and <br />full consideration of such violation, the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) plus <br />applicable surcharges established by resolution. The mailing, in a sealed <br />envelope properly addressed through the United States mail, of a check, money <br />order or postal order, within fifteen (15) days from the time of issuance of the <br />citation, or notice of such violation, or the deposit with the court of the sum of <br />fifteen dollars ($15.00), plus applicable surcharges, within fifteen (15) days <br />constitutes compliance with this provision. Delivery of such envelope shall be the <br />responsibility of such owner or operator. The failure of such owner or operator to <br />make such payment within the fifteen (15) days shall render such owner or <br />operator subject to the penalties provided for violation of the provisions of this <br />Division." <br /> <br /> Section 29.
