PARKING TIME LIMITED BETWEEN 9 a.m. AND 6 p.m. ON <br />CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS; APPLICATION OF SECTION ON <br />SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS-WARREN STREET: <br /> <br />Warren Street: <br /> <br /> A. West side from Bradford Street to forty four feet (44') south of <br /> Fuller Street-Two (2) hours. <br /> <br />B. Both sides, from Fuller Street to Brewster Avenue-Four (4) hours." <br />Section 12. Section 20.127 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 20.127. PAYMENT OF FINE TO AVOID PROSECUTION: <br /> <br /> Any operator or owner of a vehicle to whom a citation has been issued in <br />accordance with the preceding section may, within fifteen (15) days of the time of <br />the issuance of such citation, pay to the appropriate court, as a penalty for and <br />full consideration of such violation, the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00). The <br />mailing, in a sealed envelope properly addi'essed through the United States mail, <br />of a check, money order or postal order, within fifteen (15) days from the time of <br />issuance of the citation, or notice of such violation, or the deposit at the City Hall <br />of the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) within fifteen (15) days constitutes a <br />compliance with this provision. Delivery pf such envelope shall be the <br />responsibility of such owner or operator. Ther. failure of such owner or operator to <br />make such payment within the fifteen (15) days shall render such owner or <br />operator subject to the penalties provided for violation of the provisions of this <br />Division." <br /> <br /> Section 13. Section 20.131 of the ~30de of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 20.131. MAXIMUM PARKING PERIODS AND METER RATES-RATE <br />AND TIME SCHEDULES: <br /> <br /> Rate and time schedules for all parking meter zones shall be as <br />established by this Section.
