Section 3.61.79. Warning Sign. A sign that conveys a message of caution, danger or <br />warning. Examples of warning signs include but are not limited to "No Trespassing" <br />signs and "No Dumping" signs. <br /> <br />Section 3.61.80. Window Sign. A non-exempt sign displayed on or within three (3) <br />feet of a window or glass door, or which is illuminated and displayed within ten (10) feet <br />of a window or glass door, and which is visible from outside the building in which it is <br />displayed. <br /> <br />Section 3.61.81. Zoning Ordinance. Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning <br />Ordinance, as amended, revised, or superseded from time to time. <br /> <br /> DIVISION 2. PERMITS <br /> <br />Section 3. 62. General Application. Unless stated otherwise in this Article, no person <br />shall install, alter, move, replace or change the copy of any non-exempt sign except pursuant to <br />a sign permit issued by the City in accordance with this Division; provided that no permit is <br />required for the routine maintenance of a sign. <br /> <br />Section 3.63. Application Process. Any request for approval of a sign, master sign <br />program or sign exceptions shall be made by submitting an application for an <br />Architectural Permit in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 (Architectural <br />Permits) of the Zoning Ordinance. Each application shall, at a minimum, include the <br />following information and materials: <br /> <br /> a. Name, address and telephone number of the applicant, property owner and, if <br /> known, sign contractor; <br /> <br /> b. Address and zoning district of the property where the sign will be displayed; <br /> <br /> c. Accurate and scaled site plan showing the location of property lines, buildings, <br /> parking areas, driveways, landscaped areas and existing and proposed signs; <br /> <br /> d. Accurate and scaled building elevation showing existing and proposed building <br /> signs; <br /> <br /> e. Accurate and scaled plans, details and samples showing the location, <br /> dimensions, materials, colors, letter style, copy height and illumination of each <br /> proposed sign; <br /> <br /> f. Existing and proposed sign area of each individual sign and the combined area <br /> of all signs in relation to the maximum allowed sign area; <br /> <br /> g. Written consent of the property owner to file the application; <br /> <br /> h.
