Resolution No. 12133 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br /> and Adopting Salary and Related Compensation Plans for Positions <br /> of Employment With the City of Redwood City Included in the <br /> Executive Service Group, Council Appointed Officers and the <br /> Director of Human Resources and Rescinding Resolution No. 11855", <br /> adopted February 14, 1994, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> 5. This resolution shall be effective on the date of its <br /> adoption; provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in <br /> Exhibit A shall be operative retroactively from and after <br /> October 1, 1995; and, further, the salary rates set forth in <br /> Exhibit B shall be operative from and after October 1, 1996. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
