8/9/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> ORGINANCE NO. 2177 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br /> BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR <br /> GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AND FIXING AND <br /> LEVYING THE TAX RATE THEREFOR <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. GENERAL. The following general and special tax rates for General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the fiscal <br />year July 1, 1999 - June 30, 2000, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: <br /> <br /> (a) One Million Three Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Four Hundred Eleven and no/100 <br />dollars ($1,362,411.00) for the payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 Facilities Bonds, Series A, B, C, D, and E for deposit in the <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, Facilities Bond Principal and Interest <br />Fund, and for payment of costs incurred in assessment and administration of the district, and the <br />special tax rate therefore is hereby levied and fixed at $0.1760 on each One Hundred Dollars <br />($100.00) of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4274, adopted <br />by the Council of the City &Redwood City on May 4, 1964, together with all territory thereafter <br />annexed thereto, as said value has been established in accordance with Ordinance No. 1290, <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 30, 1967. <br /> <br /> (b) Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Seven Hundred Twelve and no/100 ($670,712.00) <br />for the payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1- <br />64 Reclamation Bonds, Series A, B, C, D, and E, for deposit in the Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 Reclamation Bond Principal and Interest Fund, and for payment <br />of costs incurred in assessment and administration of the district, and the special tax rate therefor <br /> <br />Ord-092 <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />DES:djk <br />07/14/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
