ORDINANCE NO. 2179 ORDINANCE ADDING ARTICLES II AND III TO CHAPTER TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS. PENALTIES AND REMEDIES FOR COMPLIANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Findings. Judicial Review. <br /> <br /> Any person subject to an administrative order issued pursuant to this article may <br />obtain review of the administrative order in the appropriate court pursuant to the <br />previsions of California Government Code section 53069.4 by filing with the court a <br />notice of appeal. The administrative order shall provide notice of this right of judicial <br />review and the time allowed therefor by law. <br /> <br /> Section 3.13. Recovery of Administrative Civil Penalties. <br /> <br /> The City may collect the assessed administrative fines and other penalties and <br />administrative costs by use of all available legal means, including recordation of a lien <br />pursuant to the previsions of this article. <br /> <br /> Section 3.14. Report of Compliance After Administrative Order. <br /> <br /> If the Enforcement Official determines that compliance has been achieved after a <br />compliance order has been issued by the Enforcement Official following a hearing, the <br />Enforcement Official shall give notice to each party to whom the compliance order was <br /> <br />addressed indicating that compliance has been achieved. <br /> Section 3.15.
