(b) The schedule of administrative penalties shall specify any increased <br />penalties for repeat violations of the same code provision by the same person within <br />thirty-six (36) months from the date of the first administrative citation. <br /> <br /> (c) The schedule of administrative fines and other penalties shall specify the <br />amount of any late payment charges imposed for the payment of an administrative <br />penalty after its due date. <br /> <br /> Section 2.5. Payment of Administrative Penalties. <br /> <br /> (a) The administrative penalty for an administrative citation shall be paid to the <br />City through its Finance Director within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the <br />administrative citation is served. If a hearing is requested pursuant to Section 2.6., the <br />administrative penalty shall be deposited with the Finance Director or a notice shall be <br />filed with the Finance Director that an advance hardship waiver has been requested as <br />required in Section 2.7. <br /> <br /> (b) Any administrative citation penalty shall be refunded in accordance with <br />Section 2.10. if it is determined, after a hearing, that the person charged in the <br />administrative citation was not responsible for the violation or that there was no violation <br />by the person charged in the administrative citation. <br /> <br /> (c) Payment of an administrative penalty under this article shall not bar <br />enforcement proceedings for any continuation or repeated occurrence of any code <br />violation that is the subject of an administrative citation. <br /> <br />Ord-067 6 <br />flshlshlRCICouncil <br />:FXS:rg <br />1199:06121/99r <br />06/23199 2:00 PM <br />07/16/99r <br /> <br /> 2;[79 <br /> <br /> <br />
