SECTION 8. This Ordinance relating to the levy of the special tax shall take effect 30 days <br /> after its final passage in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Charter of the City of <br /> Redwood City, and this authorization for adoption is pursuant to the provisions of Section 53340 of <br /> the Government Code. <br /> <br /> SECTION 9.
