<br />, <br />,; / <br /> DES:wb 3/17/80 R <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1818 APR 14 1980 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 20.91.5 TO THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF <br />REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO PARKING SPACES DESIGNATED FOR <br />PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS ON CERTAIN SPECIFIED <br />PRIVATELY OWNED OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION l. Section 20.91.5 is hereby added to the Code of the <br />city of Redwood city to read as follows: <br />"Section 20.91.5. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 21107.8 <br />of the Vehicle Code of the State of California it is hereby found and <br />declared that the following privately owned and maintained off-street <br />parking facilities are generally held open for use of the public for <br />purposes of vehicular parking and, therefore, the provisions of <br />Section 22507.8 of said Code pertaining to parking or standing any <br />vehicle in a stall or space designated for physically handicapped <br />persons shall, upon appropriate posting thereof, be enforceable with- <br />in such parking facilities: <br /> The parking lot and facilities appurtenant <br /> to Kaiser Hospital, located at 1150 Veterans <br /> Boulevard" <br />SECTION 2. A Public Hearing on the question of enactment of <br />this Ordinance having been held on April 7, 1980, this Ordinance <br />shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. <br /> * * * <br /> 1 818 <br /> .- <br />
