<br />fifteen (15 ) days from the time of issuance of the citation, <br />or notice of such violation or the deposit at the City Hall of <br />the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00) within fifteen (15) days <br />constitutes a compliance with this provision. Delivery <br />of such envelope shall be the responsibility of such owner <br />or operator. The failure of such owner or operator to make <br />such payment within the fifteen (15) days shall render <br />such owner or operator subject to the penalties provided <br />for violation of the provisions of this division.
