SECTION 3. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3-65. The following general anè special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 3-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied anò fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1981 - June 30,1982, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: One Hundred-Ten Thousand Four Hundreò Fifty-Seven anò No/IOO Dollars ($110,457.00) for payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 3-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City Ge~f>ral Improvement District No. 3-65 Fune'!, ann the special tax rate therefor i~ hereby levied and fixed a.t $.0099 on each One Hunòreò Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General Improvement District No. 3-65 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4593, adoptee'! bv the City Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. SECTION 4. REPEAL. All ordinances or par.ts of orèinances in conflict with this oròinance are hereby repealeò. SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this orðinance, and the City Council hereby òeclares that it would have aòopted ~aià ordinance and each section, sentence,clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be declared invalid. -2- -~^... >~
