<br />in Volume 5380, Page 32 of Official Records South 30 30' East <br />a distance of 100.50 feet to a point on the northe~ly line of <br />Rancho de las Pulgas; THENCE continuing southerly along the <br />westerly line of Block 17 as shown on that certain map <br />entitled "'Sweeny's Addition" recorded in the Office of the <br />County Recorder of San Mateo County on July 17, 1896 in Volume <br />2 of Maps at page 79, South 30 30' East a distance of 270 feet, <br />more or less, across Marshall Street, to a point on the <br />southerly line of said Marshall Street, said point being more <br />particularly described in that certain deed recorded in the <br />Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on June 26, <br />1959 in Volume 3627, pages 48 through 53 of the Official <br />Records, bears North 30 30' West a distance of 4.64 feet from <br />the southerly common corner of Lot 5, Block 17, of said <br />"Sweeny's Addition," and Lot 14, Town of Mezesvi1le, commonly <br />known as "Main Street Lots," as shown on that certain map <br />entitled "Town of Mezesville," recorded on August 1 , 1856, <br />in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County in Volume 1 <br />at page 79; THENCE westerly along the said southerly line <br />of said Marshall Street South 860 30' West a distance of <br />115.57 feet to a point of curvature; THENCE southwesterly along <br />a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 15.00 feet, <br />a central angle of 900, an arc length of 23.56 feet to a <br />point of tangency, said point also being on the westerly <br />line of Lot 15 of said Main Street Lots, Town of Mezesville, <br />and said point also being on the easterly line of Main Street, <br />70.00 feet in width, as said street is shown on said map of <br />Town of Mezesville; THENCE southerly along the easterly line <br />of said Main Street South 30 30' East a distnace of 290 feet, <br />more or less, to the most southwesterly corner of Lot 20 of <br />said Main Street Lots of said Town of Mezesville; THENCE <br />westerly across said Main Street a distance of 70.00 feet to <br /> .........-.-. <br />
