SECTION 2. Section 40.11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 40.11 Appeals. Any interested party may appeal any decision by the Commission pursuant to Section 40.10 by filing a notice of appeal with the City Council not later than ten days after the Commission's decision. Such notice shall be accompanied by a fee of $100. The City Council shall schedule a public hearing to be held no later than 30 days after the notice of appeal is filed and shall render its decision within ORDINANCE' date.
