1 8 4 9 11/S/81R AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 12 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND ADDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 12 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO FIRE PREVENTION; AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE "UNIFORM FIRE CODE, 1979 EDITION, " AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BUILDING OFFICIALS AND THE WESTERN FIRE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Article II (commencing at 12.7) of Chapter 12 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby repea1~d. SECTION 2. Permits are required from the bureau of <br />fire prevention: <br />Aircraft Repair Hangar. To use any structure as an aircraft <br />hangar for the purpose of servicing or repairing aircraft. See <br />Section 24.102. <br />Aircraft Refueling Vehicles. For certificates required for <br />persons operating refueling units. See Section 24.204. <br />Automobile wrecking Yard. To operate an automobile wrecking <br /> , <br />yard. See Article 34. <br />Bonfires or Rubbish Fires. To kindle or authorize the kindling <br />or maintenance of bonfires or rubbish fires.
