See Article 74. <br /> Cryogens. Except where federal or state regulations apply <br />and except for ¡'fuel systems of the vehicle, permits are required <br />to: (See Article 75.) <br /> A. Produce, store or sell cryogenic fluids. <br /> B. Store or transport nonflammable, nontoxic cryogens in <br />excess of 500 gallons. <br /> c. Store or use more than 10 gallons of 1iquified oxygen, <br />flammable cryogenic fluids or cryogenic oxidizers. <br /> Drycleaning Plants. To engage in the business of drycleaning. <br />Such permits shall prescribe the class of system to be used. See <br />Section 79.1302. <br /> Dust-producing Operations. To operate a grain elevator, flour <br />starch or feed mill, or plant pulverizing aluminum, coal, coca, <br />magnesium, spices, sugar, or other material producing dusts as <br />defined in Section 76.101. <br /> , <br /> Excavations Near Flammable or Combustible Liquid Pipelines.
