FE8 1 1982 --------- - - ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.44 OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT FOR EMERALD HILL ROAD THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 20.44 of Chapter 20 of the Code of the city of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 20.44 It is hereby determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that the speed permitted by state law upon the following streets is less than is necessary for safe operation of vehicles thereon by reason of the designation and sign posting of the streets as through highways or by reason of widely spaced intersections, and it is hereby declared that the prima facie speed limit shall be as hereinafter set forth
