SfP 1 3 1982 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 12 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND ADDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 12 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO FIRE PREVENTION; AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE "UNIFORM FIRE CODE, 1982 EDITION, " AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BUILDING OFFICIALS AND THE WESTERN FIRE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Article II (commencing at 12.7) of Chapter 12 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. See Article 80. <br /> High-piled Combustible Stock. To use any building or portion <br /> thereof exceeding 2500 square feet for the storage of high-piled <br /> combustible stock. A floor plan showing the dimensions and location of <br /> the stockpiles and aisles shall be submitted with applications for such <br /> permi ts. See Article 81. <br /> Highly toxic pesticides. To store any amount of highly toxic <br /> pesticides. See Article 80. <br /> Junk yards. To operate a wrecking yard, junk or waste material <br /> handling plant. See Article 34. <br /> . .-. <br /> Liquefied petroleum gases. Except for portable containers of less <br /> than l20 gallons water capacity to install or maintain any LP gas <br /> container or operate any tank vehicle which is used for the <br /> transportation of LP gas. Where a single container or the aggregate <br /> capac i ty of interconnected containers is over l20 gallons water capacity, <br /> the installer shall submit plans for such permits.
