BJR 8/19/82 R ORIGINAL ORDINANCE 1864 SEP 1 3 1982 - - - - - - - - - ---------- AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65, 3-65 TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65 AND 3-65 THE COUNCIL OF THE REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Q~~~~!h_l~f~QY~~~~I_Ql~I~lfI_~Q~_1~£2· The ------- following general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1 , 1982 - June 30, 1983, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: Three Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy and No/100 Dollars ($333,670.00) for payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0256 on each One Hundred Dollars of assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. SECTION 2. Q~~~~!h_l~f~QY~~~~I_Ql~I~lfI_~Q~_£~£2· The ------- following general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 2-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1 , 1982 - June 30, 1983, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: Seventy One Thousand Seventeen and No/100 Dollars ($71,017) for the payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 2-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District 2-65 Funds, and the special tax rate 1 864 ........
