I 866 --------- ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 20.62-20.82, INCLUSIVE, DIVISION 2, OF ARTICLE VI OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND ADDING DIVISION 2, SECTIONS 20.62-20.74, ESTABLISHING HAULING FEES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l. Sections 20.62-20.82, inclusive, Division 2, of Article VI of Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, are hereby repealed. SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to <br />haul earth on any City street except a truck route as so <br />designated in Section 20.52 of this Code, without having <br />obtained the permit required by this division, or to vio- <br />late any of the terms and conditions of a permit issued <br />pursuant to this division. <br />SECTION 3. If any part of this Ordinance is held to be <br />invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance, and this <br />Council hereby declares that it would have passed the remainder <br />of this Ordinance, if such invalid portion thereof had been <br />deleted. <br />SECTION 4.
