tf'll'\ r\l JUN 27 1983 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.3 AND DELETING SECTION 9.119 OF THE REDWOOD CITY CODE, RELATING TO ENFORCEMENT THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 9.3 of the Redwood City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 9.3 Violations and Penalties "(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in the city or cause the same to be done contrary to or in viola- tion of any code provision as adopted by this chap

<br /> C:WC:rb 6/16/83 <br />"The imposition of anyone penalty for any viola- <br />tion shall not excuse the violation or permit it <br />to continue. Each and every day a violation shall <br />continue shall be deemed to be a separate violation. <br />" (c) The building official or his authorized <br />representatives shall have the authority to issue <br />citations for violations of the codes or amendments <br />adopted by this chapter, and all orders, licenses, <br />certificates, permits, and plans and specifications <br />issued or approved thereunder." <br />SECTION 2.
