ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.55 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 2.55 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Except as provided in Section 2.54, unclaimed property in the possession of the Police Department shall be disposed of as follows: (a) Said property shall be released to the owner thereof upon proof of ownership and if said
