Installation - Permittee's Expense; <br /> Money Deposited in Hooded Meters to Accrue to City. After <br /> the issuance of a courtesy parking permit the applicant may, <br /> at the applicant's own cost and expense, hood the meters for <br /> which the permit is issued. In the event any coins are <br /> deposited in a meter during the permit period, any such <br /> amount shall accrue to the City. <br /> "Section 20.174. Same - Hoods for Which Permit Not <br /> Issued; When to be Installed. It shall be unlawful for any <br /> person to hood any meter for which no permit was issued. <br /> "It shall be unlawful for any person to place a <br /> courtesy hood on a meter for which a permit has been issued <br /> prior to 6:00 P.M. of the day preceding the day upon which <br /> the permit becomes effective." <br /> SECTION 4. Division 8 (commencing at Section 20.175) of <br />Article VII of Chapter 20, of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "DIVISION 8.
