JAN 9 1984 ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 12.18.5 AND 12.18.6 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PROVIDING FOR HAZARDOUS WASTE AND MATERIALS THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Sec~on 12.18.5 is hereby added to the Code of the " City of Redwood City to read as follows: "Section 79.101 of the fire code is hereby amended to read as ~. follows: Section 79.101. ( a) General. The storage, use, dispensing and mixing of flammable and combustible liquids shall be in accordance with this article, except as otherwise provided in other laws or regulations

Any release or emission of any hazardous <br /> material that presents a threat to life, health or property or one that <br /> escapes the secondary containment. <br /> Wet floor. A floor which is used routinely to collect, contain or <br /> maintain standing liquids or to transmit standing liquids on a more or <br /> less continuous basis. <br /> PERMITS <br /> Sec. 80.102. <br /> For a permit to~tore, transport on site or use corrosive liquids, <br /> oxidizing materials, organic peroxides, nitromethane, ammonium nitrate, <br /> .. <br /> (6) <br /> -.--..... <br />
