Article III (commencing with §11.70) of Chapter 11 <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. Article III (commencing with §11.70) is hereby <br />added to Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to read <br />as follows: <br /> ARTICLE III <br /> Community Antenna Television Systems <br />"Section 11.70. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person <br />to construct, maintain or operate a community antenna television <br />system utilizing any street or any other public property of the <br />city unless a franchise therefor has first been obtained <br />pursuant to the provisions of this article, and unless such <br />franchise is in full force and effect. <br />" (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, <br />maintain or operate a community antenna television system <br />utilizing any street or any other public property of the city <br />without complying with the provisions of this article and all <br />conditions of a franchise granted hereunder." <br />"Section 11. 71.
