In the event the Public Utilities <br />Commission of the State of California or the Federal <br />Communications Commission establishes jurisdiction over the <br />rates of the Grantee, or the authority of the City Council to <br />regulate such rates and charges is otherwise by law preempted, then <br />the authority of the City to regulate rates and charges shall <br />cease. <br />" (e) The Grantee shall pay to the City a sum of money <br />sufficient to reimburse it for expenses incurred by it in <br />publishing legal notices and ordinances in connection with the <br />granting of a franchise pursuant to the provisions of this <br />Article. Such payment shall be made within thirty (30) days after <br />the City shall furnish such Grantee with a written statement <br />of such expenses. <br />" (f) The Grantee shall maintain an office in sufficient <br />proximity to the City of Redwood City so that CATV maintenance <br />service shall be promptly available to subscribers upon <br />telephone request during the Grantee's normal business hours; such <br />maintenance service shall be available on a stand-by basis <br />by the Grantee outside its normal business hours. <br />" (g) The Grantee shall provide all necessary information to a <br />subdivider, in order to facilitate the construction of a complete <br /> 15 <br /> ..-". -¡-.---- <br />
