Ordinance No. 1329, adopted September 18, 1967 entitled "An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance Nos. 1305 and 1307 and Awarding Non-Exclusive Franchise to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Community Antenna Television System Within the City of Redwood

<br /> CGM:djg-c 1/28/83 <br /> CGM:I 1-c 9/14/83R <br /> CGM:oJg-c 9/20/83R <br /> CGM:djg-c 10/10/83R <br /> CGM:rb ll/01/83R <br /> CGM:rb l2/27/83R <br /> CGM:djg-c 01/23/84R <br /> DES:rb 01/23/84R <br /> ownership and hired car coverage as well as owned <br /> vehicles with minimum limits insuring against all claims, <br /> losses or damages for bodily injury, including loss of <br /> life, in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars <br /> ($500,000) for each occurrence, and for property damage <br /> constituting injury to or destruction of property, <br /> including the loss of use thereof, in the amount of Five <br /> Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) for each occurrence. <br />The Grantee shall furnish the Grantor with copies of such <br />insurance policies and certificates of insurance. <br />Such insurance policies provided for herein shall name the <br />Grantor, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, and <br />employees as additional insureds and shall contain the following <br />endorsement: <br /> "It is hereby understood and agreed that this <br />insurance policy may not be cancelled or amended by the <br />surety until thirty (30 ) days after receipt by the <br />Grantor by registered mail of notice of such intention <br />to cancel or amend." <br />"(e) Hold Harmless. The Grantee shall, by acceptance of the <br />franchise granted herein, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the <br />Grantor, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, and <br />employees from any and all claims, suits, awards or judgments for <br />damages, including all costs expenses, and attorneys fees, in any <br />way arising out of or through the acts or omissions of Grantee, its <br /> 14 <br /> . --,.--- . ...................-... <br />
