INSTALLATION. The Grantee shall comply with all <br />provisions of the Code of the City of Redwood City regulating the <br />installation of CATV facilities. The Grantee shall provide CATV <br />service within two years from the operative date of the franchise <br />to that area shown on "Exhibit A". The Grantee shall provide CATV <br />service to all areas that are subsequently annexed to the City of <br />Redwood City subject to the condition that Grantee shall have <br />received a written request from 15 or more separate residences <br />within 400 cable meters of an aerial trunkline or from 25 or more <br />separate residences within 400 cable meters of an underground <br />trunkline, if all connection and service fees shall have been <br />deposited in advance with Grantee by such separate residences. If <br />such areas are beyond the aforementioned distances, the estimated <br />cost of construction shall also be deposited at the same time as <br />the connection and service fees. <br />SECTION 7. REPORTS. <br />( 1) Annual Reports. Within one hundred twenty (120) days <br />after the close of Grantee's fiscal year, for the franchise, the <br />Grantee shall submit a written annual report, in a form approved by <br />the City, including, but not limited to, the following information: <br />(a) A summary of the previous year's (or, in the case of <br />the initial reporting year, the initial year's) activities in <br /> 7 <br /> ._-> --,.~. <br />
