<br /> CG~'djg-c 10/31/83 <br /> DE. o-b 1/23/84R <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> APR 2 1984 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1893 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 30.91 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO UNDERGROUNDING CATV SYSTEMS <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION l. Section 30.91 is hereby added to the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br />"Section 30.91. The subdivider shall contact the <br />applicable franchisee of a CATV franchise in the City of <br />Redwood City to determine the requirements of the franchise <br />for the installation of a CATV underground system for that <br />subdivision and shall perform its construction activities <br />in a manner which will facilitate the installation of <br />such system by the franchisee. <br />SECTION 2.
