<br /> DCB:rks 5/10/84 <br />B", attached hereto and incorporated herein, for a general <br />description of the district. <br /> SECTION 5. Pursuant to Section 11.45(c) of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, the date within which poles and overhead <br />wires and associated overhead structures shall be removed from <br />all streets, alleys or ways is hereby fixed as February 28, 1985. <br /> SECTION 6. Pursuant to Section 11.45(d) of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, the date within which all affected property <br />owners must provide for service from underground facilities is <br />fixed as 30 days prior to pull down. <br /> SECTION 7. Pursuant to Section 11.45(e) of the code of the <br />City of Redwood City, the facilities that may be maintained above <br />ground are: <br /> ( a) Ornamental street lighting system and appurtenances. <br /> (b) Fire alarm boxes. <br /> (c) Traffic signal systems and appurtenances. <br /> (d) Telephone system above grade splice boxes. <br /> (e) One (1) utility pole in the utility easement, 10 feet <br /> in width, within Lot 12 of Block 1 , as shown on that <br /> map entitled Grand Oak, Redwood City, California, and <br /> recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo County in <br /> Volume 36 of Maps at page 41. <br /> SECTION 8. From and after the time fixed by Section 5 of <br />this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person, including <br />utility companies, to erect, maintain or operate any pole, <br />overhead wire or associated structure in any portion of any <br />public street, alley or way within Underground Utility District <br /> 3 <br /> ,--.-,.,. .....--.- . <br />
