Section 2.130 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 2.130. There is hereby established a senior <br />affairs commission which shall consist of seven (7 ) members <br />appointed by the council. At least four ( 4) such members <br />shall be persons active in, and representative of, one or <br />more of the following fields of endeavor: <br />(a) Senior citizens' planning; <br />(b) Provision of senior citizens' services; <br />(c) Senior clubs or senior associations. <br /> At least one such member shall be representative of a <br />minority ethnic group in the city. All such members shall <br />be persons who have demonstrated a deep interest in, and <br />appreciation of, senior citizen matters within the city. <br />Not less than four (4 ) such members shall, at the time of <br />their appointment and continuously during their incumbency, <br />be residents and electors of the city." <br />SECTION 2.
