<br /> PGT/lw 8/20/84 <br /> 1904 ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1904 <br /> SEP 17 1984 <br /> --------- <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br /> BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABtE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65, 3-65 TO PROVIDE <br /> FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, <br /> 2-65 AND 3-65 <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 . GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and <br />fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1 , 1984 - June 30, 1985, in the <br />amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: <br /> Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Seven <br />and No/100 Dollars ($275,977.00) for payment of principal and <br />interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 <br />Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1-65 Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied <br />and fixed at $.0180 on each One Hundred Dollars of assessed value <br />of all taxable real property within the limits of General <br />Improvement District No. 1-65 as said District was established by <br />Resolution No. 4589, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City on March 15, 1965, together with all territory thereafter <br />annexed thereto. <br /> SECTION 2. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2-65.
