<br /> DCB:sh 10/25/84 <br /> DES:sh 1/04/85R <br />installation of the signs, the actual cost shall be computed <br />and the difference between the actual and estimated cost <br />shall be billed or refunded to the applicant, whichever the <br />case may be. No Terminal or route may be used until such <br />signs as may be required are in place. Cost for Trail <br />Blazer signs may be proportioned in accordance with <br />procedures in Section 20.75.4(c). <br /> "Section 20.75.4. Retrofitting. (a) If all feasible <br />routes to a requested Terminal are deemed unsatisfactory by <br />the Traffic Engineer, the applicant may request retrofitting <br />deficiencies in the physical condition of a route acceptable <br />to the Engineer. All costs of engineering, construction and <br />inspection therefor shall be borne by the applicant. <br /> (b) The applicant shall, at its own cost and expense, <br />construct all of the retrofitting improvements, furnish all <br />the materials, and do all the work necessary to complete the <br />retrofitting. Before approval of the route, applicant shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a bond, <br />deposit or instrument of credit securing the faithful <br />performance of applicant of all work and the construction of <br />all retrofitting required for the approval of such route. <br />The applicant shall also deposit with the City a sum for all <br />engineering, inspections, plan check, laboratory and field <br />testing, construction, and other services furnished by the <br /> 4 <br />_'n --..-.-,. _....... <br />
