<br /> SWC:sh 12/27/84 <br /> " (b) Any person firm or corporation, whether as <br />principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, who shall violate <br />or cause the violation of any of the provisions of the codes <br />or amendments adopted by this chapter, or fail to comply <br />with any order, license or permit made or issued thereunder, <br />or who shall build or install in violation of any detailed <br />statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved <br />thereunder and from which no appeal has been taken, or who <br />shall fail to comply with such an order, license or permit <br />as affirmed or modified by the Council or by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction within the time fixed therein, shall <br />severally, for each and every such violation and <br />noncompliance, respectively, be guilty of an infraction and, <br />upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in <br />Section 1.7(b) of this Code. <br /> "The imposition of any one penalty for any violation <br />shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. <br />Each and every day a violation shall continue shall be <br />deemed to be a separate violation. <br /> " (c) The Building Official or the authorized <br />representatives of the Building Official shall have the <br />authority to issue citations for violations of the codes or <br />amendments adopted by this chapter, and all orders, <br />licenses, certificates, permits, and plans and <br />specifications issued or approved thereunder." <br /> 4 <br /> 1908 <br /> -.....µ -~._- <br />
