<br /> DES:djc 2/28/86 <br />and improve in the furtherance of public purposes, including <br />interests in real property, equipment, furnishings and other <br />appurtenances which are incidental thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br />REDWOOD CITY PUBLIC FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY <br /> Section 2.01. Establishment. There is hereby created and <br />established within the City of Redwood City a public body <br />corporate and politic known as the Redwood City Public Facilities <br />and Infrastructure Authority. <br /> Section 2.02. Meetings; Vote Necessary to Act. The <br />Authority shall hold meetings at such times as it shall <br />determine. The concurring votes of four members of the governing <br />body of the Authority shall be required for the taking of action. <br /> Section 2.03. City Council as Authority. The City Council <br />shall be the governing body of the Authority. All the rights, <br />powers, duties, privileges, and immunities vested by this <br />ordinance in the Authority shall be vested in the City Council as <br />the governing body of the Authority. <br /> Section 2.04. Appropriation for Administrative Expenses. <br />From time to time the City Council, subject to its fiscal law, <br />may make an estimate of the amount of money required for <br />administrative purposes of the Authority, and appropriate such <br />amounts to the Authority as it deems necessary, subject to such <br />conditions as it prescribes. <br /> 4 <br /> ._.~.- <br />
