Section 20.96.20(c) is hereby added to Chapter <br />20 of the Redwood City Code as follows: <br /> "Section 20.96.20(c). North side, Upland Road to <br />Alameda de las Pulg~s - Two hours, between the hours of 6:00 <br />a.m. to 6:00 p.m." <br />SECTION 2.
