<br />SECTION 4. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City <br />Council hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and <br />each section, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the <br />fact that anyone or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be <br />declared invalid. <br />SECTION 6. TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. The City Clerk is hereby <br />directed to transmit certified copies of this ordance to the Auditor <br />of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 51551 of the <br />Government Code and to such other County officials as may find it <br />convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br />SECTION 7. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
