Said point <br />being a Point on a Curve from which a Radial line bears North 44 Degrees, 46 <br />Minutes, 06 Seconds West. <br />THENCE; Southwesterly along the Westerly line of the Woodside Expressway and <br />along the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly, having a Radius of 960 feet, <br />a Central Angle of 8 Degrees, 23 Minutes, 06 Seconds, an arc length of 140.49 <br />feet. <br />THENCE; leaving the Westerly line of the Woodside Expressway, North 70 <br />Degrees, 23 Minutes, 25 Seconds West a distance of 145.42 feet. <br />THENCE; South 30 Degrees, 07 Minutes, 40 Seconds West a distance of 50.00 <br />feet. <br />THENCE; North 70 Degrees, 23 Minutes, 25 Seconds West a distance of 518.84 <br />feet more or less to the most Northerly corner of the lands described in t ha t <br />certain JOINT TENANCY GRAND DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of <br />the County of San Mateo on June 9, 1982, under Recorder's Serial No. <br />82048032. <br />THENCE; Southwesterly, along the Northwesterly line of said lands, South 28 <br />Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 43.6 feet more or less to a point on <br />the Southeasterly line of the lands described in that certain CORPORATION <br />GRANT DEED recorded in the off ice of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo <br />on September 24, 1982, under Recorder's Serial No. 82082488. <br />THENCE; Southwesterly, along the Southeasterly line of said lands, South 28 <br />Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 132.4 feet more or less to the most <br />Easterly corner of the lands described in that certain GRANT DEED recorded in <br />the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on April 9, 1976, in <br />Volume 7084 of Official Records at Page 195. <br />THENCE; continuing Southwesterly, and along the Southeasterly line of said <br />lands, South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 100.0 feet more or <br />less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Stambaugh Street, 60.00 feet in <br />width. <br />THENCE; across Stambaugh StLeet, Southwesterly a distance of 60.00 feet to a <br />point where the Northeasterly line of Lot 12, Block 51 intersects the <br />Southwesterly line of Stambaugh Street as said lot and block are shown on the <br />said map entitled "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION or' REDWOOD CI'l'Y". <br /> ..----., <br />
