<br /> DAS:sh 11/18/86 <br /> . <br /> ORIGI NAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1945 <br /> JAN 5 1987 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.1.16 OF CHAPTER 25 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO <br />PROHIBITION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN CITY PARK, PARKS, <br />PARK BUILDING OR RECREATION AREA <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25.1.16 of Chapter 25 of the Redwood <br />City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 25.1.16. Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages <br />Prohibited Except in Certain Areas. It shall be unlawful <br />for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage in park, <br />parks, park building or recreation area except in the <br />following park buildings: <br /> " (a) Community Activities Building; <br /> " (b) Fair Oaks Community Center; <br /> " (c) Red Morton Recreation Center; and <br /> " (d) Veteran's Memorial Senior Center. <br /> "The director shall cause appropriate signs to be <br />posted to designate the aforementioned park buildings where <br />alcoholic beverages may be consumed." <br />SECTION 2.
