<br /> DAS:sh 11/12/86 (#5) <br /> DAS : s: 11/17/86R (#5) ORIGINAL <br /> DAS: sh 03/05/87R (#5) <br /> DAS:sh 03/09/87R (#5) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1948 <br /> N o. 1948 APR 27 1987 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.96.7 AND 20.131 OF <br />CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />RELATING TO VEHICLE PARKING <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 20.96.7 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood <br />City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 20.96.7. Same - Broadway. (a) Both sides, <br />Brewster Avenue to Duane Street - One hour. <br />" (b) South side, from Douglas Avenue to a point 224 <br />feet east of Douglas Avenue - One hour. <br />" (c) North side, Arch Street to Brewster Avenue - One <br />hour. <br />" (d) Both sides, Marshall Street to a point 300 feet <br />east of Main Street - One hour." <br />SECTION 2. Section 20.131 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood City <br />CQde is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 20.131. Same - Rate and Times Schedules. Rate <br />and time schedules for all parking meter zones shall be as <br />established by this section. It shall be unlawful for any <br />person to park or permit any vehicle to remain standing for <br />a period in excess of the period specified in the applicable <br />schedule. <br /> "SCHEDULE A <br />"Rate: Five cents for each twelve minutes. <br />"Maximum parking period: One hour. <br /> 1948 <br /> --_.. . <br />
