<br /> DAS: s' 7/2/87 (# 6) <br /> Oral or Written <br />Name & Address of Objector Objection Nature of Objection <br />Dennis Allen oral as owner of Broadway Chevron, corner <br />1409 Oakhurst Ave., San Carlos, CA of Chestnut, objects to boundary; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; relocation of railroad tracks, and <br /> construction disturbance. <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The foregoing recitals are, and each of them is, <br />true and correct and the Council so determines. <br /> SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby <br />finds and determines that the public necessity, health, safety <br />and welfare require amending the boundaries of Underground <br />Utility District No. 1986-1 to accomplish the purposes set forth <br />in Resolution No. 10523, adopted June 1, 1987, by said Council; <br />and this Council hereby further finds and determines that each <br />and all of the following specific matters in furtherance of the <br />general public interest exist with relation to amending the <br />boundaries of said Underground Utility District: <br /> (a) Such undergrounding within the amended boundaries of <br /> the District will avoid or eliminate a heavy <br /> concentration of overhead electric facilities. <br /> (b) The streets, roads or rights of way within the amended <br /> boundaries of the District are extensively used by the <br /> general public and carry a heavy volume of pedestrian <br /> and vehicular traffic. <br /> SECTION 3. The boundaries of the District are hereby <br />amended and determined to be as set forth and described in <br />"Exhibit A", attached hereto and incorporated herein. Reference <br />is hereby made to the map of said District boundaries as shown on <br /> 2 <br />
